We'd like to know what you think about our Travel Guide to Heaven web site. Please leave your comments in this public guest book so we can share your thoughts with other visitors.
In the few short months that have passed since A Travel Guide to Heaven was published, I have received thousands of letters, emails and faxes from people who have read the book. The overwhelming majority of these have been extremely positive. Some have been beautiful and heartbreaking and have spoken about the pain of losing loved ones. Some have been respectful yet critical of my theology. A couple have been downright nasty! (But these were usually from folks who are repelled by the whole notion of God and Heaven to begin with.) No matter what the letters have said, though, ALL of them have been deeply appreciated. Whenever someone takes the time to write to me, I feel it is a great compliment, and I want to take the opportunity now to thank you.
Unfortunately, because of my heavy travel schedule, and because of the large volume of correspondence I am getting, it is literally impossible for me to personally respond to everyone. I want you to know, however, that I read every single comment that is posted on this contact page, every morning, no matter where in the world I happen to be. I read all of them with respect, interest, and gratitude. Some of them encourage me greatly, and give me a much-needed lift, as I make my way through these busy, exciting, but sometimes hectic days. Thank you all, again, very much.

Hello Anthony, just to tell you hello and wish your book is selling great and motivating people to become more spiritual. An uncle passed away recently and I gave my cousins your book, an autographed spanish copy you kindly sent me. I hope they are conforted knowing about the marvels and wonders that my uncle Miguel is enjoying (hopefully, if he is not spending some time in Purgatory, but my cousins and aunt are praying a lot for him) God bless you, I still pray for your book. Mr. Destefano, In the intro to your book, you bragged about not having any theology training, perhaps you really should consider getting some! You are theologically wrong is several places, probably more, but I stopped reading in the animal chapter. First off, a person doesn't get to heaven by being good, they get there by having thier sins forgiven by believing in Jesus as the Son of God. Secondly, the earth is only 6-7000 years old, anyone with the slightest Hebrew language training, or anyone with a believing Jewish friend, can know this. Thirdly, our pets do not go to heaven, they have no soul, they were not created to make heaven their home after death. Lastly, their are not "billions" of people in heaven. Jesus said that although "many are invited, FEW are chosen", also that "the gate is small and FEW find it." "Billions" is not a few by any stretch of the imagination.

Anthony, Thank you so much for writing this book, it has changed my life. My sister died four days ago from colon cancer. I went in search of a book with the kind of questions I had, such as, where is my sister now, is she happy? etc... she was very deeply religious and loved God with all of her heart, and she believed God for her healing. Her healing did not come on this earth, but I know that God has a reason for this. My mother has been in deep grief since my sister passed away, but I have given her such hope by reading her this book every night. She finally understands that we will all get to see my sister again in heaven. I do have one question though that I'm not sure if I understood it right as I was reading your book, and my mother has the same question. I will understand that you are busy and you may not be able to answer my question, but if you could answer it, I would be so greatful to you. You can send the answer to my e-mail that I put on this guestbook. My question is: You said that we will all get our bodies back when Jesus comes back in the second coming, but what I'm wondering is, is my sister still in Heaven right now? Is she just a soul in Heaven right now? I think my mother and I are just really afraid that she is stuck in the ground asleep until Jesus comes. But I gathered from your book, that people who die, automatically go to heaven, and then when Jesus comes at the second coming, he brings our bodies with him. Is this right? Sorry for the question. :-)

I have spent 45 years as a protestant pastor. I have an M.A. in Biblical Literature. My wife Edith passed away 12.30.03. I discovered I have cancer 08.15.04. Your book has deeply ministered to me at this difficult time. May God bless you for this great accomplishment. It is a book for such a time as this. It is indeed a message from our Lord. I obtained it from the public library in Lafayette CO. God bless you. Dean McCormick

Dear Anthony: I am a dentist, magazine editor and in my second year of formation for the deaconate in the Catholic Church. Our formation schedule is like the National Guard, one weekend a month and a week in the summer, until God willing, we will be ordained in November 2006. Each month we have the finest theological minds in Minnesota come up to lecture to us. Your book is the new "Summa" to me. Pope John Paul II will undoubtably go down in history with St. Augustine and Thomas Aquinas as the men who shaped the moral philosophy of the faith. You, in your diligent study of their words and the words of God, have been given the gift of translating all these great thoughts and spiritual directions into something we simple folk can understand. God willing, if I am ordaned, I will use your book to minister to the dying and greiving and to give hope to the rest of us. God Bless You! Bill Stein

Hallelujah ! Praise God ! Amen ! Thank you ever so very much for your awesome writing of this Travel Guide To Heaven. It is absolutely God using your work in print, to share excitement and possibilities of our journey to and arrival in Heaven. Every word printed in the book, is awesome truths that God would speak to each and every person who picks up the book and reads with open soul and heart. I whole heartedly believe that at the Marriage Supper of the Lamb, we all will get to meet each other and be introduced to each other by Jesus Christ Himself, as He speaks words about each one of us that will inspire everyone. I mentioned to a Southern Gospel Singer friend of mine, that I even expect Jesus will introduce him, and even ask him if He, Jesus, could sing a duet with him. Your words in this book have reenforced many of my thoughts about all the exciting things we will experience in Heaven. May God Bless you so far beyond any of your expectations, that another book written by God through you will soon be on the stores bookshelves. Thanks again for sharing what all God is doing in your life.

Thank-you for taking the time to write such a wonderful book. You have reminded me of things I learned in Sunday School but have let "life" override those lessons. I have shared this book with people at work. It is nice to have an opening with people at work and see who some Christians are that I can now talk to and have things in common to talk about. I am an air traffic controller at the NY TRACON, if you ever need anything for your travels through our airspace let me know. YOur book has added much peace in my life. Again, thank you. Cindy

Dear Mr. DeStefano, I am so very grateful for your book! I had never heard of it before I found the only copy at Hastings last week, but now that I have discovered it, I plan to make it a Christmas present to every family member I can afford to give it to. It balmed my soul to read it. I know it would do (and does) the same for others. I make rosaries as a side hobby. I will be donating one every month to a fledgling Catholic book store in my area. I wonder if something similar could be done with your book? I'd like to see your book donated to prisons. Who knows what good could come from that! It's a thought!

I loved the book! You stated that it was'nt a grief book but that is what it was for me. My husband of 24 years was killed in an auto accident at the age of 45, leaving me with a college age daughter and 2 small children. I am very fortunate to have a large christian family for support but your book was the turning point

I have been struggling with questions about jesus and heaven and how it can. be. My mind has trouble grasping the concept. I grew up with no God. I have now found the Lord but its hard for me to realize that He is with me always. Thanks for writing this book. I think My Angel led it to me. I am giving copies to everyone I know. I have never written any author ever. I just wanted you to know you have touched my soul. Jesus has truley blessed you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
