We'd like to know what you think about our Travel Guide to Heaven web site. Please leave your comments in this public guest book so we can share your thoughts with other visitors.
In the few short months that have passed since A Travel Guide to Heaven was published, I have received thousands of letters, emails and faxes from people who have read the book. The overwhelming majority of these have been extremely positive. Some have been beautiful and heartbreaking and have spoken about the pain of losing loved ones. Some have been respectful yet critical of my theology. A couple have been downright nasty! (But these were usually from folks who are repelled by the whole notion of God and Heaven to begin with.) No matter what the letters have said, though, ALL of them have been deeply appreciated. Whenever someone takes the time to write to me, I feel it is a great compliment, and I want to take the opportunity now to thank you.
Unfortunately, because of my heavy travel schedule, and because of the large volume of correspondence I am getting, it is literally impossible for me to personally respond to everyone. I want you to know, however, that I read every single comment that is posted on this contact page, every morning, no matter where in the world I happen to be. I read all of them with respect, interest, and gratitude. Some of them encourage me greatly, and give me a much-needed lift, as I make my way through these busy, exciting, but sometimes hectic days. Thank you all, again, very much.

I just finished the book today. It was awesome! I was given the book at Christmas and had not read it yet for two reasons: (1)I haven't had time to read it because I am a mother of two teenagers, a wife, and a full-time nursing student. Since school got out in 5/04 I got a part-time summer job at the local golf course in the pro-shop and that is where my reading time has been. (2) I was afraid to read the book. That sounds strange but true. I am a born again Christian since 12/01. During the time of my life when I wasn't committed to serving God I was a terrible sinner. Satan has used my past to torment me and he uses one of my biggest fears against me. During Christmas time he started torturing me with the idea that I was going to die before my children were out of school and I would miss out on their entire lives. I went through major depression and when I got the book for Christmas my first thoughts were: "Oh my gosh I am going to die, this is God's way of preparing me!" So, I refused to read it. Needless to say, I won the battle of depression and by humbling myself to God on a very regular, daily basis He has strengthened me to battle against satan with the Word! Your book was such a blessing to me! I can truly say now that "no matter when I die, I know I am headed for an awesome trip!" I always knew Heaven was going to be awesome, but the way you put on paper is amazing. God has truly blessed this world with you as a writer! Your book was given to me as a true gift from God! He knew I was going to need this book to close a chapter in my life! Thank you Anthony and God bless you!

Hi Anthony, I just found out that you have written about the future, but I'm going to take you back to your past - Mrs. Klinkers 1st grade class - remember me? Bilal forwarded me the link to your book. Congratulations! I haven't read it yet, but I do plan to pick up a copy and get inspired by you.

Anthony: Just finished one of the greatest reads of my life. Thank you. I'm a Sunday School teacher, and this will be part of my main teaching from now on. I've tried to vocally illustrate the beauty and magnificents of Heaven, but you do it on a much grander scale. Prepare for a plethera of book sales from the Burlington, Iowa market. As far as I'm concerned, "its a date", I plan on seeing you in Heaven, in one million years from now. Will you sign my copy of your book then??? Thanks again for your wonderful vision of the promised land. Dave Vanerstrom

Your book was truly uplifting and inspirational. It left me so looking forward to the physical heaven after the final judgment, but left me a little anxious of the heaven before our bodies are reunited with our souls. Will there still be total joy and peace and recognition between loved ones in heaven before the final judgment, or do we have to wait for the final judgment, and will that wait seem like an eternity?

Hello...Really enjoyed your book...I love reading about Heaven...I had loved ones dies and they visit me in my dreams, and like my grandmother, she was 100 years old when she died, but in my dream she is a young lady in her 30's, she didn't look like my grandma but I knew that she was my grandmother, and I dreamed of my friends who were older and my mother in law and they were all young in thier 30's...so We are young in Heaven...God let me dream of my loved one and let me know what they look like in Heaven...I get alot of peaceful dreams, God gives them to me, I dream that I died and my spirit was flying through space, and was with all those millions of stars...so beautiful...it was so peaceful, I felt the peace of God there, and all the worries lifted away...What a beautiful feelling that was...and I was heading to a bright light and I wanted to go through it so bad, when my spirit was about to go in the light, I felt a force that force my spirit to go back to my body...I woke up and though, Oh it was just a dream, I thought I died and went to heaven...That was a beautiful feeling where all the worries were lifted and so peaceful...I wanted to stay there...I didn't want to come back to here...but I will always remember that...that dream felt so real though...wonder if I died in my sleep, maybe so...but God gives me alot of peaceful dreams...I have lots more to say but I can't take up the whole page...But anyway, just wanted to let you know I really enjoyed your book and I can;t wait to go to Heaven...but God wants me here...Well by me being here, I got my mom and dad going to church, and my mom got saved, and my dad is saved...Thank you for your book...May God bless you always...Darlene Holland

Hi Anthony, I want to share two supernatural experiences I had shortly after giving my heart to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus. First, I had a dream where I was in this house (mansion) and I was going from room to room. It seemed everything in each room was what I really liked the most and as I left that room I thought to myself, nothing could be more beautiful, but the next room always surpassed the previous one! Finally, the last room beat everything else. I am a nut for fireplaces and I thought I had seen them all, but in this room was one made of either green jade or emerald and it was spectacular. When I told the dream to a Christian sister she said that was the promise of Jesus. Once I was meditating on Heaven when I had a vision of this incredible light which would have been brighter than a million suns. It was pure white and as I gazed at it I could see an outline of a person who turned out to be Jesus. I believe that was the glory of God. Since I had that vision I have since become an intercessor, as well as doing some jail ministry. There is so much joy derived from hearing a praise report and from leading prisoners to the Lord that I cannot compare those experiences to anything else! God bless you for writing that great book!

Thank you for an uplifting, encouraging, and inspirational book. There are many mental images and thoughts that will help me on my journey toward heaven. At 58 yrs old I am rapidly approaching the departure gate and of course have had many loved ones go before me. One of my favorite authors is C.S. Lewis and I see in your writing a similar ability to make difficult faith teachings much easier to understand, visualize and wrap your mind around. Thanks again Rod

Hello Anthony, I'm not too sure if you remember coming over to Burnley about 15 years ago to come to Kimberley's cousin Maria's wedding? But I'm also Kim's cousin Laura (I think I was ten then! and you were probably a similar age to what I am now) I remember having 'thumb-wars' with you whilst my Dad dragged Kimberley up to dance:-) This is an ever so sneaky way of saying hello to you(and asking you to pass that message on to Kimberley) as I have not yet got round to writing a 'real' letter. Auntie Kathy explained Kimberley's aversion to e-mails! Well, that's all really, I do hope you read this and have some happy memories of Burnley? Keep enjoying everything and look after yourself and Kimberley, best wishes, Laura x

Anthony I must tell you how thouroughly I enjoyed your book! What a happy optomistic romp about a baffling, sometimes depressing subject. The biblical referrences and the docternal faithfullness to the fullness of the treasure that is our holy Catholic faith makes it that much more sweet. Now then Anthony, I have bought 3 of your books, the first I gave to a dear friend, the second, (the one with your signature!) I sadly left on an airplane, and the third i have just purchased to replace (and intend to hang onto!!!) How can I get you to sign this one for me? Cheers! Sparkle
