We'd like to know what you think about our Travel Guide to Heaven web site. Please leave your comments in this public guest book so we can share your thoughts with other visitors.
In the few short months that have passed since A Travel Guide to Heaven was published, I have received thousands of letters, emails and faxes from people who have read the book. The overwhelming majority of these have been extremely positive. Some have been beautiful and heartbreaking and have spoken about the pain of losing loved ones. Some have been respectful yet critical of my theology. A couple have been downright nasty! (But these were usually from folks who are repelled by the whole notion of God and Heaven to begin with.) No matter what the letters have said, though, ALL of them have been deeply appreciated. Whenever someone takes the time to write to me, I feel it is a great compliment, and I want to take the opportunity now to thank you.
Unfortunately, because of my heavy travel schedule, and because of the large volume of correspondence I am getting, it is literally impossible for me to personally respond to everyone. I want you to know, however, that I read every single comment that is posted on this contact page, every morning, no matter where in the world I happen to be. I read all of them with respect, interest, and gratitude. Some of them encourage me greatly, and give me a much-needed lift, as I make my way through these busy, exciting, but sometimes hectic days. Thank you all, again, very much.

Mr. Destefano,, Thank you for writing TRVAEL GUIDE which I read during depression and it helped me get through it. I was delighted to see you on the Barbara Walters ABC Special on Heaven and wish you continued success with your wonderful book which I just saw in in trade paperback. I hope you plan on writing something else in the near future. Sincerely, A.P. Molinari

Dear Mr. DeStefano, I recently received a complimentary copy of your book in the mail. It was intended for my dear wife, Sonya, to use in her role as bereavement coordinator for a local hospice. Sonya died in April 2003 of leukemia at far too young of an age, leaving me and our son alone in the world. As a bereavement coordinator, she had many, many books that she used often in her dealings with bereaved families. Upon her death, I donated all of her books to her hospice, where they established a memorial library in her name. After her death, I did read one small volume on dealing with death. When I received your book in the mail, I was taken aback to see her name in print. I decided to at least read some of your book before adding it to her memorial library. While I have always believed that she has gone to a "better place," I found your book very comforting and uplifting. The book will eventually make it to her library, but first it is being passed on to my dear wife's mother, who asked to read it. It may go on to other family members after that. My lovely wife never got the chance to read your book or use it with her clients. Now, she is living your book. Best, Mike Murphy Medway, MA

My question, if we will all see those who have "made" it into heaven by coming to Jesus in earthlife, then those we don't see we will know "made" it into Hell? How will we cope with that?

I am about half way through your book and I keep wondering "How you know the thing you write about? My work is in Hospice and if you listen to the dying they tell you what they see when they are so close to death. They too have a window to heaven. I agree they see people that have died and they all look very beautiful and young. It is awesome to listen to what they describe as a wonderfu, peaceful andl loving place. I was just wondering how you know of what you write about. I am ennjoying your book and am excite to hear you response. Dianne
